Biography:

Mr. Fletcher is the Managing Partner of Whiteford Taylor & Preston LLP, a large regional law firm with offices in Maryland, DC. Virginia and Delaware. He is an experienced business advisor, representing companies from the boardroom to the courtroom. Having previously served as In-House Counsel at Maryland National Bank/NationsBank, he brings a wealth of practical experience to complex legal issues. His practice includes, among other things, business finance, corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, and business planning issues and strategies.
